The Coach Houses have been designed with your comfort as our priority with super comfy beds, Egyptian cotton linen, fluffy towels and leather sofas you can relax in.

Situated at the edge of our working farm you get the unique opportunity to get up close to our sheep which all our guests’ children love. There is also a large activity barn on site with badminton, table tennis and much more which keeps all ages entertained for hours!

The Coach Houses have such a tranquil setting yet within a 5-minute drive you are in St. Andrews where you will find the Championship Golf Courses, superb beaches, the historic St. Andrews University, the Castle, the Cathedral and so much more. M&S Simply Food and Morrison’s are only a 5-minute drive from the holiday cottages so you can stock up when you get here.

Pets

We allow one small dog in the Castle and Dukes Coach Houses (charges apply) but for allergy reasons, we regret that no pets are allowed in any other properties.

Wheel Chair Accessible

All properties are wheelchair accessible with a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Priory Lodge is all on the ground floor level. We do not however have specific disabled facilities within each cottage. For more information please call.

Stunning Beach House, Lower Largo
